Title and risk pass to buyer when seller delivers goods to named destination point. This destination point can be a warehouse of buyer or a project site. The seller is responsible for cargo insurance, import customs clearance, payment of customs duties and taxes at the buyer’s end. The seller can opt not to insure the cargo at his/her own risks.
